Since launching in 2019, Milldale has been the leading residential development in many respects, including our commitment to sustainable infrastructure. Our fresh approach incorporates innovations like our partnership with CIP that has allowed the early construction of our future proof water and wastewater systems, plus dedicated roading including new bridges to neighbouring amenities.

Another positive step is our choice to align with New Zealand’s commitment to reduce our carbon footprint, meaning a change to Milldale's supply of natural gas, a significant contributor towards national emissions. Existing stages that already have reticulated gas include 1A, 1B, 1C, 2C, 2D, 3A, 3C and 3D  while new stages with stand-alone housing will not, including 2A, 2B and 3Bii  However super-lots in stage 2G and THAB will include gas.
