Milldale Build Partners sweep 9 top awards at the 2025 House of the Year Awards

At yet another very successful evening for our Build Partners at the Master Builder's House of the Year Awards, Milldale celebrates 9 wins by 3 of our best. Plus a Trends Ideas (TIDA) Bathroom of the Year award for Maddren Homes as the icing on the cake!

Taking out the Regional Showhome of the Year, Maddren also won the Gold, plus made the Top 100. Their TIDA win for the Bathroom of the Year in the same home highlights the quality of workmanship, creativity and innovation that Maddren brings to every build.

For the second year running, Stark Building was the Regional Winner in the New Home $500,000 - $750,000 category, also taking Gold and the Supreme Award, plus made the Top 100. What a clean sweep, showcasing their very high standard of workmanship.

And notching up another Regional Award, this time for Environmental & Sustainable Excellence, Platinum Homes also won Gold for their Show Home in Milldale.
