Progress of Summerset's Village Centre is on schedule for opening later this year

Summerset Milldale is already home to a growing group of residents, and it’s great to see a real sense of community taking shape alongside the wider neighbourhood. Later this year, the village will take another big step forward with the opening of it's village centre. That means a pool and spa for easy mornings, a café for catching up, a library and movie theatre for quieter days, a bowling green for friendly competition, and care on site for peace of mind down the track.
